USB Stick Emulator exposes the Cardputer's microSD card as a standard USB mass storage device. Plug the Cardputer into a computer, TV or car stereo and the card mounts like an ordinary flash drive, so you can copy files for other firmwares without taking the card out. Original project by geo-tp on GitHub, MIT. Chipnik hosts the release binaries unchanged so you can flash them from the browser.

Transfers are slow because the card is read over SPI, so it suits small files best.

Firmware files come from the v0.1 release.

  • The board restarts by itself when flashing is done.
  • If nothing happens, press the RST (EN) button once.
