Saitama turns the T-Deck Plus into a standalone MeshCore messenger. Encrypted channels and direct messages, a live list of stations around you, offline maps from the microSD card and repeater tools all run on the device, with the touch screen, keyboard and trackball. Original project by 868meshbot on GitHub, GPL-3.0. Chipnik hosts the release binaries unchanged so you can flash them from the browser.

Saitama speaks the MeshCore protocol, so it chats with phones running the MeshCore companion firmware. Offline maps are tiles that you copy to the microSD card; the project README explains how to make them.

Firmware files come from the v1.6.2 release.
