What you need

Board
One of 2 boards: LilyGO T-Display, LilyGO T-Display S3
Parts
Nothing else, the board is enough

SecureGen turns a LilyGO T-Display into a hardware security device: a TOTP authenticator for two-factor codes and an encrypted password manager. It types a chosen password into your computer or phone as a Bluetooth keyboard, and you manage the entries from a web page the device serves only when you ask it to. Original project by makepkg on GitHub, MIT. Chipnik hosts the release binaries unchanged so you can flash them from the browser.

The T-Display build needs the 16 MB version of the board. The T-Display S3 always has 16 MB.

Firmware files come from the v2.4.1 release.

After flashing

  • The board restarts by itself when flashing is done.
  • If nothing happens, press the RST (EN) button once.

Flashing failed or the board behaves oddly
