CarCYD turns the Cheap Yellow Display into a digital dashboard for your car. It shows a tachometer and speedometer, live engine data with charts, a trip computer and alerts, and reads and clears fault codes over OBD-II. A demo mode drives a simulated car, so you can try it on the desk right after flashing. Original project by muki01 on GitHub, GPL-3.0. Chipnik hosts the release binaries unchanged so you can flash them from the browser.

In the car the board talks to an ELM327 OBD-II adapter; the README lists the supported connections and wiring.

Firmware files come from the v1.1.0 release.
