ESPHome Web is the official starter firmware of ESPHome. It brings up Wi-Fi provisioning over the USB cable and Bluetooth, joins your network and announces itself, so the ESPHome dashboard in Home Assistant can adopt the board and from then on update it over the air with your own sensors and relays described in YAML. Original project by the ESPHome team on GitHub, GPL-3.0 runtime, Apache-2.0 configs. Chipnik hosts the release binaries unchanged so you can flash them from the browser.
After flashing, connect the board to Wi-Fi with the Improv button that appears on the ESPHome web page, or from the Home Assistant app over Bluetooth. Then press Adopt in the ESPHome dashboard.
Firmware files come from the 26.9.2 release.
